The view and atmosphere were amazing! That's where the best part ended. The waiter REALLY needs to learn to smile and I'm sorry...NOT SORRY but chicken liver PARFAIT is just WRONG! KUDOS to the Chef for the attempt at originality BUT ...did you actually taste it??
