4 of us had dinner on a Friday evening. Our friends are foodies so we were anxious that they enjoy the food, which we think they did! Excellent shared large mussels in tomato broth for appetizer, and then we all had meat mains duck,...pork chops, Bison pappardalle, and beef short rib. All excellent, particularly the beef and bison pasta. Huge portions, with 2 pieces of meat each and a heap of bison in the pasta sauce. SMall but adequate wine list, and excellent server called Sam. Always going to be challenging to create atmosphere in a hotel restaurant which is catering to families, but we sat for 3 hours chatting with all the service we needed but no pressure to move. Also no problem to have a service dog with us.

the place was nice, the food was good, the prblem is that had a menu of 5 pieces to lunch, but were made of seafood, so it brought it to 3 items, the rediculous. no fish and chips available and another fish dish. View all feedback.
