"Toast was not toasted even after requesting it specifically, omelette and potatoes were cold. Its better to have something hot from A W rather than spoiling your meal.No water in the washroom, flush not working.We came here after reading the reviews but totally disappointed. Not sure if it was just today."

"Cute little café with in and outside dining. Very aware of gluten-free needs. Makes sandwiches as a gluten-free wrap. Servers were very friendly and asked if this was an allergy or preference. Wrap came labeled as gluten-free. You’re able to order sandwiches in advance to take to Banff National Park. Food was good."

"We had a 6 course menu with wine pairing. The crab was salty and with shells in it and the elk was dry. The wine pairing and bread was our favorite part of the meal."

"I love COws ice cream !! It’s definitely better in the original factory in PEI , but this place has the best ice cream in Banff !! Wait in that line . It’s worth it. Chocolate covered chips are a need to try !"

"I've been to Chucks twice and have had a good experience both times. I've tried the steak tartare, which is really delicious, the pork belly and prawns, and the prime rib. The service has been excellent both times and I enjoyed the atmosphere of the restaurant in general.If I were to criticise, I would say the restaurant is a bit expensive, even in comparison to similar restaurants in town, and I also I felt they rushed the food out a little, so we didn't have much time between courses.We also booked to take advantage of the local's menu, but when we arrived we weren't offered this.All that said, I would recommend."
