Compared to my recent visit to another site in Cannock, the one in town at the chase centre on church street is by far superior to Hemlock way. Ordered food on app on arrival including a nugget share box. Food ordered and delivered within ten minutes. I suggest the staff from this branch teach Hemlock Way how to look after customers. They should rename this place McUseless, ordered my food, asked to wait in bay, food arrived 10 mins later, fries thrown in bag upside down, burgers were stone cold. I asked the girl who brought the food out, why both sets of fries were upside down, she looked at me with vacant eyes and said....ooooh I don't know??
