We enjoyed the BBQ at their location in Florence and it is just as good if not better at their new location in Canon City. The same great staff... friendly and super helpful. The place is clean and comfortable. The brisket, pulled chicken and pulled pig are moist and well smoked and spiced. The ribs have a large smoke ring and have exactly the right chewing. Their fried cucumbers are delicious, as their corn bread...beans and in-law are on point. Very affordable!
First customer and I were pleasantly surprised. Excellent food and service. I had the Chicken Ranch Sandwich, Chili cheeses and an amazing Scottish dark ale. Waiting staff was extremely attentive, prices affordable and the food was perfectly prepared. It's a must!
Had a great meal last night and wonderful entertainment! Your Cornbread is the hands down, and I'm usually not a fan of Cornbread!
I have eaten a lot of BBQ from North Carolina to Texas. This is by far the best BBQ in Colorado. Great food and great service!
