I don't normally drink hot chocolate but with the miserable cold wet weather we are having I decided to pop in a try their hot chocolate. Well I thought it was going to be easy but nope I had to choose from 11 different hot chocolates - easy right? Watched their barrista use their fingers to take coffee out of the bit they put into the machine. Apparently the grinder was grinding too much coffee and this was how they were taught to ensure the correct amount was used. No gloves just bare fingers View all feedback.
