Very poor service, pot of tea came with cup and saucer, no spoon sugar or milk , asked for milk it came in cracked jug, still no spoon asked for spoon , came but no sugar. Sent milk back , asking for uncraked jug , used friends sugar. Friends coffee wasn't hot and she had particularly asked for extra hot. Second cup came the same .
