What plmb1 doesn't like about Cafe St Pierre:
Extremely disappointing. Cafe Pierre claims to offer a French experience, but their croissants lack any flavor. I left wondering about where they source their ingredients. Their coffee was weak and seemed to be made from a mediocre blend. Service was slow, even when the cafe was empty at the beginning of the day. It wouldn't take much effort to make improvements, but it seems like profit is more important to them. It... View all feedback. What sheepygold likes about Cafe St Pierre:
We sat in the hidden garden at the rear of this very small looking cafe where there are actually quite a few tables. We both went for baguettes with a pot of tea to share. The pot was rather small for two but they provided us with a top up of hot water. My smoked salmon baguette was very tasty the salmon was good quality and the bread was crusty and freshly baked. Prices are fine for the quality and location. Service... View all feedback.

read moreCafe Pierre offers a mixed experience that leaves diners divided. While some praise the charming garden setting and the quality of certain dishes, such as freshly baked baguettes and smoked salmon, others express disappointment in the flavor of their croissants and the weakness of the coffee. Service appears to vary, with some enjoying quick, attentive staff, while others note sluggishness even during quieter times. Despite the cafe's inviting atmosphere and potential for improvement, criticisms about ingredient sourcing and misleading marketing cast a shadow. For those seeking a light lunch in a lovely garden setting, however, it still may be worth a visit.
