What Mandipoos doesn't like about Canteen:
Staff friendly and welcoming. Drinks served were tepid. Wobbly table sent drinks everywhere, staff happy to replace, requested drinks to be hotter. Still serviced them tepid. Overpriced for the size of the cups. Sort out the wobbly table because you were aware it was an issue as you informed us this happens! View all feedback. What Molly Harrison likes about Canteen:
Fantastic location, there are 2 floors and an outdoor seating. The staff is very helpful. They don't accept cash( assume due to covid). They also do have a nice selection of cakes View all feedback.

read moreA comprehensive review of a restaurant in Canterbury reveals a mix of feedback from customers. While some praise the friendly and welcoming staff, others note issues such as tepid drinks and wobbly tables. The restaurant has a good selection of cakes and snacks, but some customers find the music too loud and certain staff members unenthusiastic. Overall, the location is praised for its two floors and outdoor seating, making it a fantastic spot for a healthy lunch at a good price. Additionally, Garage Coffee is highly recommended for serious coffee enthusiasts, with a variety of high-quality options available. The delicious cakes, friendly staff, and lovely atmosphere make this coffee shop a must-visit in Canterbury, though improvements could be made to adjust the sweetness of some food options.
Very welcoming place! We loved the cold brew, it's a must-try but i would suggest to avoid using a plastic cup when it's not for a take-away.
