What User likes about The Falstaff Grill:
we love it at the falstaff. we were already with 2 cocktail-making classes with john who had really fun before. we have never eaten here, but the pizzas see and smell amazing. the cocktails are not their '2 for 1' style and there is an automatic service fee added, but we have 't seem to have suffered an evil headache the next day. Spent over an hour trying to book our afternoon tea gift voucher, no one answered, when I finally was able to talk to Someone , they told me they need 24hrs notice for a couple scones and a few sandwiches, ridiculous would rather have the money and go somewhere else that's more accommodating. I request a full refund and we can take the business somewhere else. View all feedback.
Awful over priced afternoon tea. Totally not worth the money. Found staff exactly rude and would highly recommend not to have afternoon tea here.
The falstaff is a tradition hotel in an excellent position for those visiting Canterbury. It has on sight parking there is a charge , clean well maintained room...
