What VeganAnnaS doesn't like about The Foundry Brew Pub:
There were several vegan choices available, but I was a bit let down by the tart I selected. The crust was slightly burnt and the filling was a bit messy. I'm not sure if I made the wrong choice, but overall I was not impressed with the food. View all feedback.
The foundry is a Braupub with a variety of vegan options and many in-house beer offers. I tried the very delicious mushroom Risotto, which was accompanied by vegan garlic toast and a mixed green salad with a mustard dressing. My wife ate the veganized Mediterranean herbal Fajitas that could feed two people (yes, I also have something) and had a moderately spicy chili-flavored sauce with what tasted like a touch of BBQ sauce. Would highly recommend.
The main and desserts were pleasant and generously cut, but the actual star of the show was the staff that was beyond and beyond for my partner Mama, the gluten-free with other intolerances. The Mediterranean dish she wanted was not gf, but the staff offered to replace the Pitta with a roasted gluten-free bungalow, and her falafel with either a meat or vegan sausage for free. They were friendly and coming everywhere and definitely made the atmosphere a welcoming.

There are plenty of vegan options available on the adaptable menu!
