After many good meals at the George and Dragon in the past, today's was a let-down. The roasts arrived plated, tired and almost cold. Although the indoor dining area was by no means full, we were seated next to the gents' toilets, which stank even...when the door was closed. Over all not a pleasant experience View all feedback.
Superb old pub with lots of nooks and crannies. Good selection of local ales. Imaginative choice of bar snacks. No piped music, so conversation can flow.
Delicious meal with family, our waitress was working super hard and was great, food was yummy!
