"Best pizza I ever tasted the owner makes the pizza himself when I asked for it to be well done he bulled it out the oven and asked me if it looked good to me he really cares about the customers and the business... they got really good oven which gives the pizza great taste it's brick and natural wood love the place I hope it stays like that."

"I have ordered from silvios three times in the last weeks (two times personally, once as an executing order). they have potential, but it doesn't seem to be a big eye on quality control. the first time we went, we sat from ok to super (burger.) the second visit was great. no problems, a pleasant server, fantastic eating (and we have brot the burger was fantastic for the second time. the captivating alfredo was so good. he began to think that this could be from standard go-to-place and then. the third visit had asked me why we had to come back. that was for a performance order. they try to order it online, but some of the items were not listed. I called it instead. it was not ready in the specified time frame (not too big a deal initially.) everything (except the burger) was inexpensive. I had to reheat the pizza because it was cold and not sure it was boiled. we waited extra to get cold food. the dessert has been thrown into the container covered with plastic wrapping for unknown reasons and completely frozen (no frozen dessert.) the components of the restaurant have not yet been consistently joined together to trust that they receive a similar experience each time. it is disappointing. update: I spoke to the man today and had a nice conversation. she offered an insight into factors that led to the latest experiences and was gracious about the feedback I had. she really took the time to listen to me and assured me that the problems will be dealt with. I felt heard and have a much better understanding of what happened in this night. I feel confident to come back to experience the level of quality that was received during the second time we visited."
