I don't know what the guy below me is talking about. The staff is extremely friendly. One time the guy messed up my coffee because he didn't understand what i was saying but so what. Theres language barriers big deal. It was still a good coffee just not the flavor i asked for. Anyway the main thing that stands this dunkin apart from others are their donuts. I would like to see the Counter Service Changed. Go back to : the person taking your money gets your items. No Passing it along to another person, this takes TOO LONG. Change your Service policy. If your in there to get a coffee , you GET IT FAST and no waiting time. SMILE at the Customer. BETTER SERVICE....it's a small thing to do. View all feedback.
