"We are a family that loves Bob Evens. Unfortunately we had a horrible experience at the restaurant on Ford Road. We ordered our meal, which took way longer than normal due to being short staff which we understood. As our meal came out, it was not cooked all the way, looked like leftovers from earlier in the day, the food was cold and the gravy was lumpy and old. We mentioned it to our waitresses and she instantly got an attitude with us. She refused to bring out the rest of our food and wouldnt come back to our table she then went back to the kitchen were she complained about us and the whole restaurant could hear her. We had to ask the hostess to please bring the rest of our food out and to please bring our check due to the waitress refusing to wait out table. We were appalled in the response of her hate. We have never received such horrible service. We couldn't eat our food as it was old, cold and gross. We have eaten at Bob Evans many times and have never seen the food come out so disgusting before. We were not discounted for our meal and had to go somewhere else for dinner after we paid full price. We will never return to this restaurant on Ford Rd. Horrible food, horrible employees and NO service. The employees at this restaurant definitely do not represent what Bob Evans stands for at all."

"Worst food. After having food from here, hospitalized for 2 days. Chicken was so hard and its not tasting well. It was bitter in taste. We thought of ordering shrimp and its out of stock. Quantity is given good but quality is worst."

"The best pizza I have eaten since moving to Michigan from New York 9 years ago. Every combination of toppings I have tried is delicious. Their family deal is very reasonable. The staff is incredibly friendly. They even spent time telling our kids how the brick oven works. I am already looking forward to my next visit."
