If i could give my experience a zero, I would. We ordered two HOT coffees and made sure we told the worker they were hot multiple times when she asked. Got up to the window, she gave us one cold, one hot. Continued to tell her we ordered two hot coffees, she disagreed with us and said the only way we can get a hot coffee instead, is if we paid for another coffee.
