Normally we would sit at the grill to eat, but this week we sat at a table to eat. We ordered steak and chicken combo hibachi dinner like we usually do. The waiter asked how I'd like my steak cooked, and I requested medium-rare. We got our plates in no time and the steak had the look, taste and texture as if it was microwaved.
