Exceptionally friendly service paired with great food. I was greeted immediately, seated very quickly, and got good and drinks faster than any place in memory. What Suzanah Johnson doesn't like about Scramblers:
The first time here, I had the shrimp and grits. It would've been nice if they had said it was spicy instead of the shrimp being spiced and sauteed with bacon, onions, and diced tomatoes. There's a difference. Today, I got chicken and waffles. The syrup tasted like they dumped Tabasco sauce in the maple syrup. There wasn't much flavor, just hot.
