Starbucks - Feedback

What User likes about Starbucks:
I recently tried the Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino from Toducks, and it was absolutely delicious! I don't go there often, but this visit was definitely worth it. I went to get a coffee for me and my grandma. Her drink is hard so I tried to explain to the teenage girl, but instead of listening to me she started being rude. My grandma is lactose intolerant but she still likes to drink her coffee with a lot of foam but not that much milk.
