"I’ve had Jamaican food before and loved it, so when I seen this place I knew I had to try it. The lady was very nice she let me try samples of everything. I decided to get the Jerk Chicken Oxtail with rice cabbage. The flavors are amazing and you can tell she makes her food with love. I will definitely be going back for more. If you have not been yet, it’s worth the visit !! Service: Take out"

"We were a party of six. The halibut special and steak were very good. We had heard the âhomemadeâpasta is supposed to be the best around but we didnât find it to be that good. Expected a more luscious noodle (tried 3 different pasta dishes) but it wasnât and the sauces were mediocre. Recommend the steak."

"Loved the atmosphere, very special mix of old and new decor. The food was really good, not at all out of a box tasting, definitely made from scratch. I would have given Basil stars across the board if it hadn't been for a mistake my waiter made. I asked if the Avocado Curry was spicy and he said No. I normally don't like ANY spicyness, especially without a warning. This dish had an undenyable kick, even my date thought so. I decided to tough it out so as to not have them re-make the dish and have each of us eat alone. The waiter's response was well, I guess I have built up a tolerance which of course is not the correct response. A waiter is there to help a customer make the best decisions for their own meal, and should always provide info based upon knowledge of the dish and feedback from other diners. The correct answer would have been Some people find this spicy, even though I do not. Would you like the kitchen to tone down the level of spice for you"
