The romaine lettuce was fine but the cesar dressing didn't taste like a cesar at all which was disappointing for a Marriott hotel, I know the tendency now is to purchase ready made dressing but still an exec. chef in a...place like this one should know how to make a cesar dressing otherwise call it another name.
