"I ordered a large lobster roll dinner paid close to 40$ and the lobster roll had less then 3oz of lobster which makes me believe they messed up on my order. It was good didn’t like garlic butter should have given an option for that. The poutine was ok but not real curds. I was disappointed. Will not go again."

"We went to the sand bar tonight because we said it was good and it was their last night of the season. Our experience was a fun series of events that didn't seem nice light on the furnishings. The evening started with a meeting list, which was not available on the menu and the information we could not order a big chowder, but we could order up to two small chowders. I ordered a Lobster Roll that was available. I chose the garden salad. I also ordered a beer they don't have. I ordered another beer Belgian moon high dose. You didn't have a big can. I've agreed a short can. We asked if they had something special that our server just laughed. We took that as no. When the meal arrived, the lobster was tasty, but from a lot of salad and a chip of lobster. Maybe they thought I ordered a salad roll. The salad was a basic garden salad as ordered. In the end, when the bill came, I was charged for a big beer can because, well, the manager just said that was easier for them. I was also charged for the salad on the side because, as it was explained to me, they delivered something else, it was a special kind of salad that they apparently thought I had and pay more for. The food in the sandbar was okay, but it is the last philosophy of the customer who left a bad taste in my mouth. It is a combination of delicious food and quality service that makes a restaurant great. This place seems more interested in its own convenience than in creating a high quality customer experience. Being your last day of the season is no reason to serve customers badly. If you are looking for ok food and a general feeling of interest from the establishment give this place a look. Otherwise, I feel that Shediac has more to offer."
