This is the best pizza crust I ever had! I'm looking for a crust like those from my childhood in the 1950s in Detroit. They were thin, but floppy, not hard like a cracker, with big bubbles around the edges. Joe Daddy's crust is very similar but different. It is even thinner and very light and airy, but still crispy and chewing. Not like a cracker. I think it's excellent! View all feedback.
