What User doesn't like about Taco Bell:
it was said that they set the cheesy gordita crunch, even if its presented menu item. then the woman was headset without telling me something, let me wait a few minutes until another person takes over headset. I have revived my meal and they have replaced the bark for chickens in all tacos without mentioning anything. all my Taco shells were broken. the workers also looked stone. very unpleasant experience overall. A guy named Eric assisted me. From opening the door to taking my order and overall just being polite, he was awesome and gave great service. Not enough people right good reviews!
This is a terrible location. They take forever and the order is never correct. Not to mention its never good. I learned my lesson a while ago, if you want taco bell go to Santa Barbara and hancock location. MUCH BETTER
CAUTION! Have you seen the 5 for $5 ads? This location has posters on the windows and outside the building showing this special, see pictures. BUT...here, at this location the 5 for $5 is 5.99! Why? It 's a franchise location, they can set their own price. If this is the case, corporate should not allow the store to advertising an incorrect price. (There 's not even an asterisk on the signs saying 'prices may vary, etc. If you 're looking for the 5 for $5 box, you won 't find it here.
I sent my complaint to the Corporate email. Spent almost $50.00 and received 1/3 of my order correct. In regards to my complaint here are the pictures to go with.. not supreme tacos but I ordered a 12 pack like this , and the fries were not even cooked through and limp. It doesn't take a genius to read a screen. Tip for management. RETRAIN EMPLOYESS.
