I ate right after the meal. The staff was busy cleaning and set up a new menu/speciality label. I was greeted before I was able to pay my meal full. It's fast! The fish was properly cooked, crispy and fresh. But they tasted a little different. Perhaps a change in the oil type or supplier? I don't know. But, good experience no less. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Long John Silver's:
Not only did I wait 30 min or longer in the drive-thru but I was welcomed with this. My side was the main part of my meal. I order the new popcorn coconut shrimp. When I was a kid the corn used to be on a cob and it was amazing , idk if it’s just this location that’s gone down hill or if long John silvers it’s self that’s gone down hill. View all feedback.
Their website and the sign on the drive thru menu said they closed at 10:00 pm. My daughter and I got there at 8:57 pm. The employee at the drive thru was quite hateful when he told us they were closed. Won't go there again.
I tried this location in April 2022 when old owners had it. I waited until October 2022 to try it again under new management/owners, sadly no better I sat 8 minutes waiting to order only one car in line at the window. After I ordered I waited another 11 minutes. Service SUPER SLOW. Guy at the window seemed new. PRICES HAD GONE UP SINCE I WAS THERE 6 months ago. Prices are ridiculously over priced for what you get. I missed the crunchies that used to be in the meals. 2 orders of popcorn shrimp was a total of 11 for both 5-6 in each order. It taste like I remembered. Not impressed with new owners nothing changed got worse actually, in my book.
Severely understaffed. Ordered 3 meals and ended up with complete opposites of what I ordered tried passing off crumbs and hush puppies as a meal . I normally don't complain but this was ridiculous . Won't be going back .
First let me say, our Family has always loved the food, but my most recent experience was so bad I will never eat there again. Service was slow and we were rushed by drive thru order taker. We were the only customers there when we ordered. Second they did not give us what we ordered. When I took the food back the guy who made our order gave us excuses that he was in a rush making our order by himself. I sat there and watched him make the order and he did not look to be rushing at all. We got home with the new orders and were very unhappy all our hush puppies were way overly oily and looked/tasted as though they had been deep fried multiple times and left to sit in the warmer far longer than health code would allow. The grilled shimp bowl had maybe 1 cup of rice only 6 small shrimp and none of the other toppings it should have had. Oh and I witnessed them putting our returned food back in the warmers. With that this had me worried about who's returned food we were being served. I will be calling the Heath Dept. About this as well.
Waited 30 minutes. Had appointment. Had to get carryout. Still got no cole slaw. Very unorganized.
