This was by far the first time I have sat at the menu board for a very long time while no one was in front of me, or in the store for that matter. And when I got my drink, which was a frozen Frappuccino, it was literally melted. View all feedback.
The new employees they've hired are not trained. I asked for a matcha subbed for skim milk with light ice. I checked the sticker after I had drinken the whole thing and they put 1/2 inch heavy whipping cream in it?? I don't understand.

I used the drive thru November 25 to buy a gift certificate. The line was so long, cars were waiting in the city street just to get on the parking lot. Two managers were outside smoking. Two cars in front of me there was a car that was required to wait 8 whole minutes just to place their order. Once I finally reached the order speaker, I ordered my $25 gift certificate. When I rounded the corner, nobody was in front of me. Apparently staff had no trouble preparing orders, the problem was just getting around to TAKING orders. When I reached the window, the clerk had no clue how to sell me a gift certificate. Another gal had to show her and the original clerk needed help giving me change for $40! This is totally unacceptable, especially this time of year. From the time I got in line to driving away was 35 minutes!!! 35 MINUTES!!!!! No wonder the lines are so long! No one seems to care about taking great care of the customers!!!! Managers included! With that long of a line, they should have been inside helping out. My husband I owned a Dairy Queen for over 50 years. We both worked any hours necessary to properly care for our customers! That art seems to be missing from Starbucks! I won't be returning.
Stopped in this location on a trip south. It was moderately busy. We live in a college town, so we are used to our Starbucks being busy almost constantly. The tables that were vacant were all very dirty and sticky. We ordered drinks and food and both were fine, however, the worst part of the experience was the restroom. While we certainly understand, busy spaces have bathrooms that get dirty quicker, it was painfully obvious this bathroom had not been cleaned in quite some time. There was grime, dirt and hair all over the sink, toilet and floor. There even appeared to be feces on the side of the toilet paper roll that was not even put in the toilet paper holder. It’s hard to believe that the food prep spaces are sanitary if the bathroom is allowed to go this long without being cleaned.
Over staffed, under organized. Too much chatter, too little coordination. Mobile order's prioritized over in store guests orders; not picked up in a timely manner, crowding the counter and negatively impacting the beverage quality. Inconsistent call outs for finished beverages. Split orders not finished together.
