Had a very disappointing first experience after hearing many good reviews. Ordered a 300g Rib-eye steak (medium) and received a sirloin cut of meat. I alerted up to 4 waiters that I had received the incorrect cut of steak, to the point where all 4 waiters proceeded to surround my table and insisted that it was rib-eye.
