"What an amazing, enlightening and tastebud exploding experience. My hubby and I spent Valentines dinner with friends at the amazing, cosy Reverie. Chef Julia was incredible, those dishes were out of this world and paired with amazing local wines. All I have to say is that the food was exquisite, the service out of this world. Chef Julia, you and your team have an amazing thing going, the concept is fresh, exciting gosh I actually have no words, WE will be back!"

"One of the best cafes in Cape Town! We absolutely love the team here they provide amazing service. The food is delicious (I recommend the oats and the Asian salad) and the coffee, they also have lovely clothes and jewellery for sale!! I would come here every day if I lived in Cape Town."

"Lovely staff and ambiance. It is beautifully decorated and the board games on the tables add a little extra. <br/ I had the mango infused tea, which didn't really have any mango flavor. It was more of a berry and cardamom almost like a Christmas tea I enjoyed it nonetheless! <br/ The ramen is AMAZING the flavor of nori and dashi come through brilliantly and egg noodles add a much needed richness. <br/ <br/ They also serve complementary bread with a special nut sauce as all the food is health based and vegetarian. <br/ Definitely a unique experience and a must try for all!"

"Do yourself a favour, if you are a chicken wings fan; visit this place. The tastiest I have ever had. I believe the legend chef’s name is Wendy. Pizza and pasta are very, very tasty. "Absolutely enjoy the vibe of this restaurant. always upbeat and cozy. My friend and I shared their smoked chicken with sweet chilli cream cheese pizza, and thoroughly enjoyed it.<br/>Great for a coffee meeting or an evening chill with friends.<br/>The people and staff are always friendly and joyous. I also really like the fact that you pay before you eat therefore when you're done you can just get up and go, saves so much time!"

"I found Royale to be very vegan friendly! They have a large selection of veggie burgers that they happily veganise on request; they also offered any of the non-veggie combinations with veggie patties (the veggie patties are all vegan). When I ordered a veggie burger they asked if I was vegan and pointed out that their white buns are not vegan; I was going with the healthier wholewheat ones anyway. My burger (vegan, wheat-free patty made from black-eyed beans and finely cut seasonal vegetables. Topped with fresh Italian parsley and our home- made sundried tomato pesto) was fantastic; the roll was fresh, the patty was full of flavor and the pesto rounded it off perfectly. The vibe was cool, the service was friendly and efficient; I'll be back!"

"I went there with friend and a toddler. The place is suitable for a family day out to eat at. The menu had a wide variety. The place is dimly lit but very nice for the evening. The have a nice small and big chair for toddlers so that all sizes may fit. The have a nice children menu to choose from. The ribs was enjoyed so much by the kiddie. I ordered the wings they were good. Could have been a bit more sticky with some more sauce. The nachos were yummy and so were the tacos. I ordered a mango daiquiri which was delicious and strong. The vegan brownies were so delicious. I think it was my favorite. Some ice cream on the side even if it was vegan would have been perfect. The waffle was also so good. Our waitress was great and the food came out quite quickly. Overall the experience was great and I would be coming back."
