Greeted by very friendly staff and service was prompt. Ordered three chicken parmas with chips and salad. My wife's Parma was a reasonable colour and tasted just ok. My Parma along with my daughters was a very dark brown and quite hard. The chicken inside was chewy and tasteless. Topping was bland also.
