Pizzas are delicious
ordering 4 pizza, 2 queens, 1 raclette, 1 cowboy the paste is a little too salty for us no red onions, no barbecue sauce on the cowboy, the steak smells the gas...

"Admirable! homemade bread if !!!, butcher meat, very good homemade fries it cuts potatoes. We loved each other and I am admirative of the proposed quality! Excellent value for money! And the day entrances were succulent and original coconut egg on cheddar fondu and chorizo. Really, I can only say bravo! I'd like it near my house!"

"Food here was amazing. 4 courses for €15 of homemade tasty food. I can’t understsnd the last petty review. Our food was definitely hand prepared and fresh. Especially the delicious fish of the day which was served in a clay hot pot. Check out the...clementine tart it was amazing. Don’t listen to the review before this, the food is excellent."

"Wonderful wonderful food and service at the best restaurant in Carcassonne. We ate here twice the food and service warranted it. The tartine, the daily menu and the incredible desserts (brioche perdu, tiramisu) everything was special, locally sourced and served with humour and passion. We highly recommend Le Bistroquet!"
