"We had a blast during dinner here-the server went out of his way to accommodate my vegetarianism and pickiness. The food was delicious and the ambiance fun. The views are also excellent of the pier. All of the staff were wonderful--and we very much enjoyed our experience!"

"We live near by and used to really like the Stonehouse, but have found our experiences there have been worse and worse. My wife convinced me to go again tonight, but I was really unimpressed with the food. Definitely won't be back. We had ribs that were over cooked and chewy, Caesar salad that was more like Caesar dressing with some lettuce swimming in it, tasteless dry crab cakes, and burnt roasted potatoes. I got the impression that the chef had fallen asleep while cooking our food.Wouldn't recommend this restaurant anymore. Sorry"

"My visit was Aug 22, 2017. This place was awesome. I'm from Tennessee and it was my first time to Canada. It was the last day and I wanted to get breakfast before taking the ferry back into the US. I have always loved to try new places when I travel. The ladies were really sweet and made sure that everything was well. But a main thing for why I absolutely recommend this place is when I got my food. I had ordered the lumberjack and asked for the eggs to be scrabbled with cheese. When I got my food I didn't notice at all whether there was cheese or not in the eggs, however one the ladies noticed and asked if I wanted them remade. I replied with no and that it wasn't a big deal but she insisted on having them remade for me. That to me shows how observant they are and that is amazing. I don't remember their names and wish I did. So I want to give a shout out to the ladies GREAT JOB!!! and thank you for making my last breakfast in Canada perfect."

"We made reservations with Pierre, the owner. We were greeted at the door by his wife. The surroundings are beautiful, with vineyards on the grounds and nice views of the Saanich Inlet. My wife had a fantastic lamb dish, and I had chicken that was very good. I had an unusual salad that came in three sections that was good. Not cheap but definitely worth the cost. Service was as good as the food. You might want to visit soon as rumors have it that Pierre will soon retire"
