I got served a raw radish for my first meal. The fried tomatoes weren't bad but frankly poorly executed as if the dish was quickly thrown together. The sablefish was well cooked. The crab raviolis tasted undercooked and the meat inside fibrous. The pork with asparagus and pommes dauphines tasted good and worked well together. Just wonderful. Don’t mind others’ complaints about the menu as it changes frequently. The care, quality and intentionality of the whole experience here is uniquely stellar. This is the kind of place where the whole staff really put their values and tastes into the food and wine pairings, so be prepared for something new.
