"I had an issue with a purchase from a store that I made, got an expired 4 pack of Malice that had gone bad- the grocery store wouldn’t take it back because it was alcohol… even though they probably caused the issue by improper handling or let it sit on the shelf so long… Anyway contacted Winchester Cider Works and the owner made it right- and the fresh pack tasted great! Excellent customer service !"

"We got here Saturday and was told by one of the workers they were closed and will be back open on Sunday at 11. It's Sunday at noon and there are 5 cars here. Place looks like a backyard storage for a hillbilly. Definitely makes you feel like your in West Virginia. Even got a hand painted sign with moonshine on it. Very disappointed!!"
