This fast food chain offers the fries made of the potatoes from île d'Orléans, so their fries are of a different category than the regular fries from the regular fast food chains. It's a must have poutine when you go to Québec city View all feedback.

I would request Chez Ashton to serve vegetarian options too for their famous poutine. I was surprised to know that Chez Ashton has only one type of gravy for their poutine which is pork meat based. And we came to know about this while we were ordering our food. Consequently, we cancelled our orders and came back outside. The crews were great, but, the foods were not. We ordered hot dogs and putine.
