What Katie S doesn't like about The Pointe:
First of all, my dad never got his food that he ordered the first time we came. The second time we came we got charged for 6 chicken tender baskets when we only ordered 3!!! And it took an hour before a server came and took our order. And another 40 minutes for our food to come, it was 3 chicken tender baskets. "I only had one of the best meals I ever had. Our server Logan was amazing. She went over the drinks menu specialties made great recommendations that my wife and I loved. The food, service ambience were a perfect 10/10. Perfect way to celebrate our 3 years wedding here on the island of Sanibel. Thank you. Logan for the great night! "Horrible experience at the bar. Pork chop was rubber after it was recommended. When I told the bartender she just charged us for the full price. Later the head bartender came and said they would have comped us the meal. They didn't do anything or say anything after we paid, which was horseshit, and clearly made it awkward between the two. It was my anniversary this was the worst experience since they acknowledged it and did nothing. I hate leaving bad reviews but it was a slap in the face and they acknowledged it and did nothing. Still waiting for my refund."
