Breakfast there recently, exceptionally good. Stuffed French toast. Reasonably priced. Will definitely return. Obviously a popular place with the locals. It was quite crowded at 11am on a Friday. With that many customers on board it's a good indicator that the food is good. View all feedback.
What Shedog Hecat doesn't like about Pinkys Family:
The first thing I'd like to say is that the web site says Pinkys open at 7AM but when I arrived, it was closed and opens at 7:30AM. That was a HUGE setback for me (for reasons).How hard is it to update the operation time on the web? Magnificent place on Main St Carbondale. Friendly atmosphere in the morning. The staff was friendly and had a decent waitress. Food was served immediately and there were no problems. The food was good. I would recommend a stop for breakfast here.
Crab Bisque is addicted. French Toast delish everything we have ordered is so good. Kindest waiting staff, feels like home.

Great! My kids can't get enough of the Mickey Mouse pancakes, all the food is tasty, and the quality of both the food and service is top-notch.
I originally stopped by to pick up an order, but ended up staying for breakfast. The service was quick and friendly, and the meal was absolutely delicious!
