Let’s see who really reads the reviews! We have been to the Carbondale Beer works every year for a few years now. Food was good. Beer was good. Server Victor was good. Sadly another person came out delivering food and spoke to our group in a less than friendly manner and tone! If we need to address an issue fine but talk to people like that? I absolutely love Carbondale Bier Works. Every Monday evening, the chef creates a delicious new meat-free option. The beer is great, the atmosphere is wonderful, and the food is delicious!
