This is probably one of the best new restaurants in the valley. I had the tuna jam and Cubano sandwiches and was not let down. We also enjoyed Poutine, (sp), who the cook Noela was ready to come out and explain the origin. It is pommes cooked in a duck fat with a bovine sauce and fresh cheese from an agricultural area.
