"Redstone is located in a very rural but beautiful part of colorado. there is no cell reception here and really no other vegan options (e.g. restaurants) all around. they make pizzas, salads, sandwiches that can be made vegan by pulling out or spending things. note that they serve meat and cheese on a lot of their menu. we go two pizzas with the vegan cheese and a sweet sandwich (without cheese) and everything was very good. they have magnificent seating on the riverside and shaded seating on their terrace. very nice people and a great place to also take drinks (and the outside seats is dog friendly)."
