"What started to be a nice evening a few weeks back, had the most regrettable interruption. diner went nice, the food was in order, during a quick visit in the toilet I saw the chef (lightly longer restlessly haired gentleman) go directly to the hand basin and back to the kitchen without washing his hands. shocked, I put my head around the corner and saw that he did not wash in the kitchen either and just went back to prepare food. I took my wife and shy, paid the bill and went. it would have been a 3 or 4. he did number 2, he did not number 1, if they know what I mean!"

"What is this!? We were treated to a fantastic bush tucker inspired menu in the lovely setting of Carcoar. Sharing some (awesomely BYO) wine and conversation with our hosts was a joy amazing to see their vision realised and, indeed, flourishing.
