We have visited the Rosa frequently, first as new comers to the island and now as friends. It is a beautiful and recently refurbished bar by the sea in gorgeous Ogliastra, with a dancefloor, and inside/outside seating, but what sets it apart from any other establishment I have ever visited is the welcome you receive there.
