My friend and I have taken to touring Cardiff coffee shops in our lunch breaks when we can, and trying to find the best coffee in Cardiff. While the goal is to give all the independents a fair shot, Nero coffee is definitely my prefered option of the big chains. The strength and flavour of the coffee compared to the other big names really stands out for me. View all feedback.
The manager was very rude and spoke to me and my daughter in a very disrespectful manner, terrible customer service, i definitely won't be returning
Service and food was ok, still prefer the coffee 200 degrees coffee tho x more vegan options and staff are way nicer!
