I don 't know if all Costa 's are the same. But I took some 20mins before several tables were cleared I had to clear my own table by stacking onto another table! Why haven 't Costa adopted the idea of having a 'stacking trolley ' so that when customers have finished, they can then place their finished 'tray ' of cups, plates, etc, in the trolly. Customer service from man with tattoos, sounds like “what’s your problem mate” The worst hot chocolate I have ever had from here. There’s a Starbucks nearby go there as this staff member has his own head stuck up his proverbial View all feedback.
