we ordered a takeaway from their website last week. an hour after we had ordered them to say that they could not deliver the food and had not cooked it. we asked her for a refund, and the person on the phone said the manager would have to do it. about a week later there is no refund and they are not in contact to ask for our money back. this is a real shame, as we were here regularly and when there is food, it is nic... Canton is an area that has no real chain restaurants, especially because of the quality of places like Falafel Wales. Really good food and really friendly staff...
