omg that was our first order of silver palace, the early roll was the cripple I've ever eaten full of big pieces huhn and it was hot piping. the chicken spears were from this world and the special house fried rice was amazing. Terrible customer service. Food arrived minus a portion, rang shop kept hanging on for 10 mins (delivered food now going cold), eventually the manager said that she would deliver the missing portion and reimburse for the inconvenience. Food arrived 15 mins later but not the reimbursement. Rang to speak to the manager, she wouldn't come to the phone but relayed that as we had the food (25 mins later) she would not rei...
