"Super cafe. We had a stop in Newport for a bit of food. Super double espresso the only one that tastes like coffee. The food a salad of the day (super tasty crab and nicely served on a dish) and quiche of the day were very tasty. I recommend everyone to stop here. Price £31 was reasonable Service: 5 Location: 5"

"Lots of good things about the flat rock, the views are absolutely stunning, great place to grab a pint, with looks overlooking the Teifi estuary. The food was hit and miss. Chicken Cordon Bleu was superb, really an amazing dish. The burger, as others have noted was a real disappointment, bland and cheap taste, lacking garnish. The Dessert, roulade, was okay, but nothing special. The staff were really helpful and friendly, but service was a tad slow. Overall it was a good experience, but the food was overpriced for what it was. Parking: Very good Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp down to the restaurant, the staff were super helpful."

"Spectacular views, excellent service and good vegan options. here for a coffee on a coastal hike, on which way to lunch preordered and were so impressed that we will come back to lunch the next day. we were not disappointed. the menu has several vegan specific options. I had the Thai green sweet curry that was really delicious and very creamy."
