Last night was our first time dining here and we did the chef’s tasting menu… every course was amazing and inventive. The local Guinea hen was such a surprise, and was prepared so inventively. Our favorite of the evening was a tossup between wagyu beef cheek appetizer and the pumpkin cheesecake dessert. They also brilliantly paired the meal with wines throughout the course.
