Just came through for some early breakfast as we work overnights, and the sweetest staff member ever was doing everything by herself, she was wearing the striped McCafe uniform and called us “love”, if that helps. Anyway, I have worked fast food and understand the stress of working understaffed during rush but she handled it so well and was lovely. View all feedback.

What User doesn't like about McDonald's:
Food was good, nil concern, but the service was very poor. The rubbish bin were full and customer started to left the rubbish on top of the tables, nobody was there to clean the rubbish. When I was to put the complaint and started to talk with the supervisor another employee started to some sort of getting very upset and said they don’t have cleaners to do that. View all feedback.
