The quality control and training at Toscani' s is clearly very good. Each time we visit we are impressed by the quality of the food and service. Not a good sign when on a Thursday night, all surrounding restaurants are busy and this one is not. We used to be regular diners years ago at the old Toscanis venue but since giving this one several chances over the past couple of years, I think it is time to give up.Salmon fillet with bones drowning in balsamic, chewy scallopine with an overload of garlic and lumpy potatoes were a disappointment.
