What User doesn't like about Dunkin':
The drive thru mic is broken, you have to yell for them to hear you. They also tried to charge me $1 for tap water when they are required by law to offer it for free, when I confronted them about this the employee ran away to ask the manager. Just embarrassing? View all feedback.
Great because they're gone! Makes it very convenient to order. 1 star because there were only 2 cars, but the service was very slow. Also, please wear gloves if you prepare drinks it is hygienic. If the speed is improved, it is a big DD shop to go.

The staff is totally rude, but Megan is really wonderful. She listens politely and makes big coffees like your satisfaction! She's just the reason I'm going there or I wouldn't mind. If she works, I'll buy a great coffee from her! Thank you so much that Megan is so friendly and well maintained!
